Fresh Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and Fresh Business Analyst to join our team at Clustox. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of our clients and providing strategic solutions to help them achieve their goals. This is a full-time position based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a team to analyze and document business processes and systems
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization
• Communicate with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met
• Collaborate with team to prepare and present reports and findings to clients and internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Fresh Graduates or 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
