Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a passion for helping businesses grow online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries for services including:
• Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)
• Social Media Management & Content Creation
• SEO & SEM
• Website Development & E-commerce Solutions
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Conduct discovery calls and present tailored digital marketing solutions to prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and media buying) to prepare proposals and pitches.
• Follow up on incoming leads, handle objections, and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records, provide regular sales updates, and meet monthly targets.
• Attend industry events or webinars to build awareness and relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital marketing or advertising agency).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they help businesses grow.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, or lead gen tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
