Abacus Consulting is looking for a driven Technical Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top tech talent to support our business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical competencies needed.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer roll-out for technical positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Stay informed about tech hiring trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
- Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, DevOps) and relevant sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
