Are you a strategic thinker who can hunt, pitch, and close? Do you know how to win clients—whether through cold channels or freelance platforms—and turn leads into long-term partnerships?

Naxape is looking for a skilled business developer to join our onsite team. We’re a fast-growing BPO and tech company that builds everything from custom websites and CMS portals to mobile apps, IoT platforms, and server management systems. With a full-stack development team behind you, your job is to bring in business and seal the deal.

This is not a coordination role. This is for someone who knows the field, owns their pipeline, and is relentless in pursuit of growth.


Responsibilities


  • Drive the entire business development process—from lead generation to closing deals
  • Create, manage, or even set up new profiles on Upwork (or similar platforms) and handle complete bidding cycles
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients and confidently close deals without hand-holding
  • Execute outreach campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate long-term business opportunities
  • Understand client needs and match them with our development capabilities across web, app, IoT, CMS, or server-based projects
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure consistent communication until the deal is finalized
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Track and report performance, proposals sent, meetings taken, and results achieved


Requirements


  • Proven experience acquiring clients through Upwork and handling end-to-end bid-to-close cycles
  • Deep understanding of freelancing platforms, algorithms, proposal structuring, and profile optimization
  • Strong grip on technical services like websites, apps, portals, and IT solutions
  • Ability to confidently handle sales calls and meetings with international clients
  • Experience using cold outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, calls) to land long-term clients
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset—no babysitting required
  • Willingness to work under a compensation structure of base salary plus commission (5% on profit from closed deals)
