3-Week Dispatch Training Program – Powered by Naxape

Naxape is launching a 21-day professional training program designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to become successful dispatchers.

Week 1 : Theoretical training on dispatching principles.

Timings: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Week 2 & 3 : Practical hands-on experience with real targets

Timings: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Performance-Based Hiring: Candidates who meet the defined targets and fulfill the required criteria may be offered employment at Naxape. Only those who are hired will be compensated for the full 21-day training period.

Certification: Candidates who complete the program but are not hired will receive a certificate of completion

Location: Faisalabad (On-site)

Interviews: Ongoing
