The Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Specialist focused on cold calling and cold email to book qualified appointmentswith agency owners. You’ll run outbound sequences, handle first-line objections, and keep the pipeline moving so our founder can run high-quality discovery calls and close.

What you’ll do

  • Own daily cold calling to UK & US agency prospects; book calendar appointments for discovery calls.
  • Run cold email sequences (build lists, personalise first lines, A/B test subject lines, monitor deliverability).
  • Manage outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn; keep the CRM clean and up to date.
  • Qualify prospects against our ICP (digital marketing agencies: PPC, SEO, Web/Dev) and booking criteria.
  • Write snappy, on-brand email copy; log call notes and next steps.
  • Track KPIs (dials, conversations, meetings booked, show rate, conversion to deal) and iterate weekly.
  • Collaborate with the founder/CSM on messaging, case studies, and objection handling.
  • Respect data/privacy best practice when handling prospect data.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4+ years in an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales or appointment-setting role (agency, SaaS, or services).
  • Proven record of booking meetings via cold calls and cold email for UK/US markets.
  • Confident spoken English, clear phone presence, and professional writing.
  • Hands-on with modern sales tooling (CRM, email automation, Sales Navigator, dialler, list-building).
  • Process-driven, resilient, and comfortable with daily activity targets.
  • Nice to have: experience selling to digital marketing agencies.

Success looks like

Week 2: Ramping, clean pipeline, active sequences, first meetings booked.

Month 1: Hitting activity targets and consistent meeting quality (qualified show-ups).

Quarter 1: Steady bookings converting to proposals and closed deals.

Compensation, Bonus & Benefits

Base Salary: PKR 250,000–270,000 per month (DOE).

Bonus: PKR 50,000 per successful deal (uncapped).

Successful deal = a new client engagement where the agreement is signed and the first invoice is paid.
