ABOUT THE COMPANY:
SkyCrunch provides advanced trip planning solutions for the aviation industry. Our intuitive, map-based interface enables pilots, operators, and other aviation professionals to easily review fuel and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) costs at potential refueling stops. By entering basic flight details, users receive real-time cost estimates across multiple airports, allowing for visual comparison and more informed, cost-effective decision-making. The platform is built to serve a broad range of users, including pilots, operations staff, aircraft owners, and anyone involved in flight planning. Our primary data focus is on two key sources: FBOs and fuel providers.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Team Lead to join our Lahore, Pakistan office. This role involves guiding and managing a small team of Business Development Specialists as they reach out to FBOs, fuel providers, and aircraft operators worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to learn aviation-specific workflows quickly.This position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement, ensuring that outreach campaigns are executed effectively, progress is tracked methodically, and the team’s insights help shape our product and market approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become an expert on end to end trip planning.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve coverage and engagement goals.
- Plan, track, and optimize outreach campaigns to FBOs, fuel providers, and aircraft operators.
- Review team communications to ensure consistent, professional, and effective messaging.
- Develop processes and best practices for data gathering and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to align BD efforts with overall product and marketing objectives.
- Analyze outreach performance and prepare regular reports highlighting progress, challenges, and insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in computer and IT skills, with familiarity using CRM or outreach tools.
- Ability to learn new domains quickly and coach others effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.
