Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Qualify Leads: Use inbound and outbound strategies to generate and qualify leads.
  • Cold Outreach: Initiate outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, or other platforms to engage potential leads and introduce them to the company's AML/KYC solutions.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify potential leads by researching and analysing target industries, market trends, and key players in sectors that require AML/KYC solutions (e.g., banks, fintech, insurance companies, cryptocurrency firms).
  • Nurture Leads: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication, providing valuable content, and addressing inquiries to keep them engaged in the sales process.
  • Utilize CRM Systems: Track and manage leads through a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate data entry, proper lead scoring, and timely follow-ups
  • Update Lead Status: Keep lead data up-to-date, documenting interactions, feedback, and progress toward converting leads into opportunities.
  • Monitor Lead Progress: Track the movement of leads through the funnel and ensure leads are passed to the sales team with all necessary information for closing.
  • Build Relationships with Decision Makers: Engage with key decision-makers and influencers in the AML/KYC space, including compliance officers, legal teams, and senior executives, to understand their needs and drive interest in the solution.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work with sales team to ensure seamless transition from lead generation to the sales pipeline and assist in closing deals by providing additional insights or support if needed.


Requirements & Qualification:

  • Graduate from HEC recognized university.
  • Previous Tech Sales experience, including upselling, preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with challenging customers.
  • Familiarity with support software and CRM systems a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
