What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize workflows across Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Partner with department leads to map out processes and develop clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Design, build, and maintain automations using tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
• Continuously evaluate existing systems to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Provide structured operational support during onboarding and key administrative functions.
• Ensure all processes and automations are documented with clarity and consistency.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automation development, lead generation, or process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with HubSpot and Zapier is a strong plus.
