Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
-Troubleshoot streaming device issues with clarity and patience.
-Guide customers through setup, subscriptions, and usage.
-Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
-Collaborate with the technical team for complex issue resolution.
-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
-Minimum education intermediate.
-Previous experience in a customer service or BPO role preferred.
-Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
-Familiarity with tech support processes is a plus
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Basic understanding of smart TV or streaming platforms is a bonus
