- Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls

- Build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Proven experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Comfortable working night shifts
