Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contact Center Specialist located in Lahore. The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for Contact Center Operations, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, managing IVR systems, effective Communication, and delivering exceptional Customer Service on a daily basis.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
