About The Role

GenZ Talent, a leading recruitment company, is hiring on behalf of a USA-based client seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their Pakistan operations. The client is expanding its footprint in Pakistan, aiming to establish a robust, diverse team while fostering innovation and growth in the technology sector.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will combine a strong background in technology with proven leadership, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit to steer the organization toward sustained success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term strategic roadmap for the Pakistan office, aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize business operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and technological advancements to expand services and achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, diverse team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, financial planning, and performance management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand credibility and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Innovation and Technology: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  • Customer Focus: Strengthen customer relationships by delivering value-driven solutions and exceptional client service.
  • Governance: Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and performance metrics that align with global corporate governance standards.


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the technology sector, with at least 10 years of progressive experience.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to drive growth, manage budgets, and achieve business objectives.
  • Remote Management: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling remote or hybrid teams across diverse geographies.
  • Strategic Vision: Expertise in formulating and executing strategies to navigate complex market dynamics.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the technology sector, including trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: A degree in business administration, technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.


Hiring Process
