Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, with strong expertise in data modeling and database architecture.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performing database modules and solutions.
• Write and optimize complex stored procedures, functions, views, and queries.
• Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and data concurrency analysis to ensure seamless database performance.
• Manage database backup/restore processes, including data replication, mirroring, and log shipping.
• Work with NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and Cassandra, to create robust and versatile solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using BI tools such as SSIS and SSAS, integrating data from multiple sources to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively within an agile team environment, deploying changes across development, QA, and production environments.
• Utilize version control systems for code management and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Server 2012+ and advanced knowledge in database development, data modeling, and ETL.
• Additional Experience: Exposure to Big Data, Python, BI, and other modern tech stacks is advantageous.
• Certification: SQL Server certification is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex database issues.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
