Chat Support Representative
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support through chat.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain high customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Qualifications:
A-Levels/Intermediate or higher.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Empathetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
What We Offer:
8 hours- 5 days a week shift
Competitive salary (Rs. 50K-70K).
Acheivable KPIs.
