• Typing Skills: Maintain a minimum typing speed of 60-70 words per minute to respond promptly to customer queries.
• Knowledge Utilization: Utilize your knowledge about general topics, such as games, to assist clients and answer their questions.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Can work 6 days a week
• Is flexible with rotational shifts and off's.
• Fast typing speed, with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and personable manner.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer inquiries effectively.
