Client Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist) to join our growing team at Fhurms Enterprises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our Upwork business portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Upwork profile to attract quality leads.
• Write compelling proposals and close projects successfully.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or freelance business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Compensation: Target-based salary + commission (during probation period)
