About the Role

Nexariza AI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our global business development team. This is a commission-based role designed for professionals who thrive in competitive environments, excel at building strong executive-level relationships, and are driven to secure high-value projects.

As a key member of our expansion strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise and government clients, driving opportunities in Artificial Intelligence, SaaS platforms, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Transformation. This role offers unlimited earning potential along with a clear growth trajectory into senior leadership within a rapidly growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients across international markets within enterprise and government sectors.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Deliver impactful client presentations, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate large-scale contracts.
  • Partner with Nexariza AI’s technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred but not required).
  • 3–5 years of proven success in client acquisition, enterprise sales, or business development—ideally within AI, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value contracts and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Established professional network within enterprise or government sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
