Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing our products or services, and setting up meetings or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude to effectively engage prospects and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients from provided lists or generated leads.
• Effectively communicate the value of our products or services to prospects.
• Identify the needs and challenges of potential clients to tailor your pitch.
• Set up meetings, appointments, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to communicate effectively with prospects.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and improve call strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, B2B, or a related sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects over the phone.
• Resilience and persistence in handling rejections and overcoming objections.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM software to manage leads and track calls.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Additional sales training or certification is a plus.
• Flexible and ability to work in US timings.
