Your ‘day to day’

• Manage the Director Commercial Operation and Commercial teams' travel and accommodation aligning necessary security protocols and claims expenses for timely settlements by incorporating correct cost center codes
• Provide administrative support in arranging meeting venues and meals, be ahead of the curve and anticipate needs, perform purchase requisition (PR) and Good Received (GR), handle calendar schedules, prioritize correspondences and daily assignments, manage archive of documents and couriers, and extend effective communication for successful implementation of plans and respond to queries accordingly.
• Actively engage with the Commercial Team. Coordinate with other administrative staff/functions where required.
• Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities to comply with PMPKL policies and procedures, including local and federal laws and maintain strict confidentiality.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree.
• 2-3 years of adminitrative or secretarial working experience.
