As a Commercial Project Manager, you will engage with a dynamic and collaborative local, regional and global team, targeting experienced professionals with a strong background in project controlling and contract management. You will manage impactful projects from sales handover to warranty completion, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while optimizing project outcomes. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Creation of Projects Work Break Down Structure and Sales Order in ERP System, SAP.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of project financial records like Order Value, Plan Costs, Orde Backlog and Cost of Sales utilizing systems like SAP, and managing all project reporting and controlling activities.
• Collaborate with the Local Project Manager, regional and global team to achieve financial targets, optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, and asset management.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage local commercial risks and opportunities, developing strategies and response activities.
• Analyze and comment on contracts, focusing on local aspects, and collaborating with the global team on legal and commercial issues.
• Handle local commercial issues, including tax, insurance, currency, compliance, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with global project strategies.
• Collaboration with customer in relation to Invoicing, payments and other commercial and contractual topics. Timely response to customer queries about invoices and other commercial topics.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly / quarterly Project Review Meetings along with assigned Project Manager.
• Accountable for Internal Reviews, Internal and External Audit for the assigned Projects, coordination with internal / external auditors, preparation of documentation for audit and replying to queries from auditors.
• Manage local supplier relationships, including verifying and approving invoices, and conclude framework agreements for local resources and services.
• Participation in the monthly, quarterly and annual fiscal closing to ensure compliance with Siemens Energy closing requirements.
• Preparation of annual budget, monthly, quarterly and annual forecast for different KPIs including but not limited to Order Entry, Revenue, Gross Margin, Cashflow and Balance Sheet Items.
• Reconciliation of Income Statement and Balance Sheet positions on monthly basis to ensure compliance with IFRS / Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines.
• Support In Country and Functional Managers in the region on any specific operational, strategic and reporting topics.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, with at least 3-5 years of work experience in Multicultural Environment
• Certification in Commercial Project Management or qualified by a professional accounting bodies is desirable but not necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills, acting as the financial counterpart to the On-Shore project manager and coordinating local commercial activities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Thorough understanding of Siemens Energy guidelines and experience in contract negotiation and execution.
• Proficiency in standard accounting principles and IT tools, including Microsoft and SAP applications.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in challenging environments, embracing a high-performance culture.
• Ready to embrace digitalization and automation of manual processes to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
