We’re on the hunt for a WordPress Developer who thinks beyond templates. Someone who can craft back-end logic and front-end experiences with the flexibility of Elementor and the precision of clean code.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve corporate and product websites with performance, scalability, and ease-of-use at the core.
  • Own the backend logic, custom functions, and API connections to make dynamic content work beautifully.
  • Use React.js to build custom interactive components, micro frontends, or decoupled experiences where needed.
  • Bring front-end designs to life using Elementor, creating editable, responsive layouts that empower non-tech users to manage content effortlessly.
  • Work closely with UX/UI and content teams to deliver pixel-perfect experiences.
  • Continuously optimize for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Stay ahead of WordPress trends, new plugins, and performance best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong in WordPress (PHP, MySQL, theme/plugin dev)
  • Proficient in Elementor (Elementor Pro, extensions, reusable blocks)
  • Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, components, JSX)
  • Strong in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), browser dev tools, and performance testing
  • Bonus: Experience in Headless CMS, Next.js, or Gutenberg block development
  • 3+ years of full-time development experience
  • Ability to think in both code and UI — balancing backend logic with frontend beauty
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for clean, reusable code
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • A sense of ownership — you don’t just “complete tasks,” you solve problems
