Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Multan or Faisalabad

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role will combine your expertise in business analysis with your technical proficiency to support our digital transformation initiatives, optimize systems, and drive improvements across various operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess experience in retail, FMCG/CPG, and manufacturing sectors, with a strong understanding of Point of Sale (POS) data. The role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, along with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering:
  Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements, ensuring clear and accurate documentation of business needs and technical specifications.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Analyze and interpret POS data, sales data, and other operational data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Act as the liaison between business teams, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of both business goals and technical requirements.

• Solution Design & Implementation:
  Collaborate with IT and development teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and efficient.

• Process Optimization:
  Identify opportunities for process improvement within retail, FMCG/CPG, and manufacturing sectors, focusing on streamlining operations, improving POS systems, and enhancing user experiences.

• System Integration:
  Manage the integration of various systems (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM) to ensure seamless data flow and ensure that the technical solutions align with business objectives.

• User Training & Support:
  Develop user manuals, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support for end-users to ensure smooth system adoption and usage.

• Quality Assurance & Testing:
  Participate in the testing phase of new implementations, ensuring that the technical solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Reporting & Documentation:
  Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, documenting requirements, design specifications, and progress. Prepare detailed reports on data analysis, system performance, and project outcomes.

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) would be a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, database management, and system architecture is an advantage.

• Have experience working in retail, FMCG/CPG & manufacturing sector.

• Have good understanding of POS data

• Good verbal communication & stakeholder management
