Consultant Technical Project Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Data Analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing complex, data-driven initiatives using Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of data analytics projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Plan and manage projects using Agile methodologies, including leading Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, align project goals, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, risk management, and issue resolution. Ensure effective communication between development teams, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data analysts, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track issues to ensure minimal disruptions to the project timeline.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase team efficiency and project delivery success.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing data analytics or technical projects.
• Strong understanding of Scrum ceremonies and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and aligning project goals with business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
