We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow revenue profitably year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. As we scale our impact, we’re looking for a Content Associate to join our Marketing team and support content that drives traffic, builds trust, and converts users across our ecosystem.
What you will be doing:
- Create with Purpose: Write, edit, and optimise content across our digital touchpoints—keeping it fresh, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.
- Shape Strategy: Collaborate on editorial calendars, brainstorm campaign content, and contribute to initiatives that support product launches and internal goals.
- Improve & Evolve: Audit and update existing content based on performance data, feedback, and SEO insights.
- Own Your Projects: Manage briefs end-to-end—planning, coordinating contributors, and ensuring delivery with quality and speed.
- Optimise with AI: Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Manus to streamline ideation, keyword workflows, and repurposing strategies.
- Work Smarter: Help identify repeatable content processes and implement automations using platforms like Zapier, Make, and Notion AI.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, SEO, and design to ensure your content translates into meaningful experiences and outcomes.
- Track What Matters: Use dashboards and analytics tools to measure impact and refine your approach.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor trends in digital publishing, SEO, and AI-enhanced content creation.
What we are looking for:
- Have 2–3 years of experience in digital content or content marketing roles.
- Bring excellent writing, editing, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Are confident working with SEO fundamentals and AI writing tools.
- Can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Care deeply about quality, brand alignment, and reader experience.
Bonus Superpowers:
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, WordPress, Google Search Console, and Canva.
- Comfort with no-code automations and structured creative workflows.
- An eye for UX, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience briefing designers or shaping wireframes.
