Job Overview:
Abacus is seeking a highly motivated Content & Creative Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in content writing, social media marketing, and general marketing strategies. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their marketing skills while supporting a variety of projects that contribute to the success of Abacus' brand and business growth
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Write engaging and high-quality content for blogs, case studies, website pages, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Assist in writing copy for visual content (e.g., infographics, videos) for digital marketing campaigns.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage daily posts and updates across social channels.
- Monitor and report on social media performance and provide insights for optimization.
Campaign Support & Execution:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign logistics and creative development.
- Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, providing feedback for improvements.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Support the development of marketing strategies based on insights gathered from research.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Maintain and organize marketing content, reports, and databases.
- Prepare reports for senior management on campaign performance, website analytics, and social media metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging copy across various platforms (blogs, social media, email newsletters, etc.).
- 1-2 years of experience in content writing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proficient in analysing social media data and using analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, basic SEO principles, and content marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
