Job Title: Content Lead (Strategy & Editorial)

About the Role:

Develop and manage the company’s content strategy and editorial direction to strengthen employer branding and overall brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define content strategy, messaging, and tone across all platforms.
• Review and edit all written content prior to publication.
• Ensure consistency of voice and positioning across Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and other channels.
• Convert internal updates, team activities, and product work into structured content ideas.
• Guide content creation standards and collaborate with execution teams.
• Plan and manage the content calendar.

Communication & Representation

• Participate in selected video or photo content when required to communicate company culture, values, or internal standards.
• Support on-camera content by shaping messaging, structure, and presentation.

Requirements

• Experience in content strategy, editorial roles, or brand communication.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to translate company culture and work into clear messaging.
• Portfolio of published content or editorial work.
• Comfortable representing the company in internal or external content when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with employer branding or B2B content.
• Experience working with technology or software companies.
