About the role
Conrad Labs is seeking an experienced and driven Content Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the brand and growth trajectory of a dynamic and innovative company. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our brand, drives inbound leads, and supports new product launches.
What will you do?
1. Website Revitalization:
- Overhaul the existing website to align with the latest company direction, OKRs, and messaging.
- Optimize website performance to achieve top-quartile page speed rankings.
- Analyze website traffic, measure inbound inquiries, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates by 50%,
2. Product Launch Marketing:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and go-to-market strategies for new product and service launches.
- Execute impactful product marketing campaigns that drive adoption and generate excitement.
3. Brand Building & Management:
- Define and champion the overall Conrad Labs brand identity and messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and internal communications.
4. Content Creation & Collateral Development:
- Create and update a wide range of marketing collateral, including:
- Company pitch decks
- Corporate overview presentations
- Client case studies
- Technical whitepapers
5. Technical Content Leadership:
- Foster a culture of technical writing within the organization.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to produce high-quality technical content (e.g., blog posts, articles, white papers) that showcases Conrad Labs' expertise.
6. Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Define and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Develop a content calendar with clear objectives and KPIs.
- Establish a consistent posting cadence (e.g., weekly) to maintain an active social media presence.
Your Skillset
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, within the technology or software services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Experience managing website development projects and optimizing website performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Experience working with and managing external agencies and vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
