JOB PURPOSE
As a Content Specialist, you will be an integral part of the marketing team promoting and leveraging Bayut.com/dubizzle.com through its various media. You will be responsible to create SEO optimised content based on comprehensive research laid out in an error-free engaging fashion. You will also assist other members of the marketing team and contribute towards the growth of Social Media channels and other campaigns.

You will be responsible to create SEO optimised content based on comprehensive research laid out in an error-free engaging fashion. You will also assist other members of the marketing team and contribute towards the growth of Social Media channels and other campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Guides
- Stay on top of all the relevant news and attention-grabbing topics in UAE real estate, and lifestyle
- Proofreading and sub-editing of content
- Preparing copy for promotional materials/events
- Collateral production: manage production for offline marketing, B2B content, newsletter
- Updating the content library, filing accompanying paperwork
- Ensuring that the provided keywords are being used in a natural way
- Paying close attention to sentence structure, and preparing drafts based on the template provided
- Submitting work to the manager for feedback and approval in a timely manner
- Coordinating with the SEO team to ensure content is 100% optimized before going live
- Taking care of brand guidelines (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Coordinate with other members of the marketing team for associated tasks
- Conducting thorough research using multiple but credible sources, not limited to UAE real estate
- Bachelors or above
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of SEO and semantic SEO
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics, and Adwords
- Advanced knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Proficient in MS Office, WordPress and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro a bonus
- Ability to dig deep and research on any given topic even if there’s no info available on the web.
- Excellent English skills with proven versatility in writing styles
