Your Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including EBIT forecasts, variance analysis, and departmental cost reports.
• Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with all departments for cost, FTE, and revenue data; work closely with SMT, Operations, Commercial, and IT to support financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies, SOPs, audit standards, and COE guidelines; implement changes in consultation with management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure compliance with GAAP/local standards, and implement audit recommendations.
• Oversee billing through Basware and reconcile with SAP/CREST to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Maintain finance systems with accurate and secure data; provide timely reports and ensure information security.
• Recommend process improvements, participate in finance projects, and take ownership of personal development plans.
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree (Master's or relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, ICMA, CA are preferred).
• Proficiency in Financial software and systems with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• At least 5-8 years' experience in financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
