This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Corporate Sales Executive. The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, presenting to potential clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves regular follow-up with clients, tracking sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong market research and analysis skills
- Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
