Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management & Optimization
- Analyze fixed and variable cost components across ventures and functional areas
- Develop cost efficiency KPIs (e.g., Cost per Order, Cost per Package, Cost per Item) and monitor trends
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve financial efficiency
Performance Tracking
- Design and maintain performance dashboards across logistics and warehousing
- Benchmark performance across hubs, cities and countries to highlight improvement areas
- Support functional heads in understanding cost drivers and making informed decisions
Forecasting & Planning
- Support monthly rolling forecasts and business reviews with detailed cost outlooks
- Work with functional teams to analyze variances and track actuals against targets
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and automate reports using Power BI and Excel to improve cost and performance visibility
- Conduct deep-dive and root-cause analysis to support strategic business cases
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a finance business partner to Logistics & Warehousing functions
- Drive cross-functional alignment on performance goals and cost efficiency
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost performance , business controlling, or FP&A, roles
- Strong command of financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a must; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MS-Dynamics, SAP or Oracle NetSuite ) is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or FMCG sectors will be an advantage
