Role Overview:

In this role, you will play a central role in crafting and managing all aspects of the company's external communication. You will own content generation, social media strategy, and branding efforts, working across sales and marketing functions. Leveraging the power of storytelling and AI tools, you will create engaging, trend-focused, and high-performing content that elevates the company's brand. You will work closely with leadership to ensure all client-facing materials align with the company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling, on-brand content that tells a story and engages audiences across multiple platforms.
• Develop and manage a polished social media strategy, staying attuned to trends and best practices.
• Own the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of creative, high-quality posts and campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance copywriting, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to build and articulate the company's brand identity and story.
• Generate sales collateral (e.g. presentations, case studies, email campaigns), ensuring a cohesive voice across all touchpoints.
• Monitor content performance and iterate strategies to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong understanding of storytelling techniques.
• A keen sense of trends, aesthetics, and what resonates with modern audiences.
• Experience in managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and content strategies.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Canva) and their application in content creation.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a passion for building brands and engaging audiences.
