This position is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the software life cycle by system designing, scheduling, job assignments to team of personnel and allocation of system resources.

- Responsible to ensure smooth functioning of all systems areas in terms of software in terms of software
- Responsible to recoomendation for purchasing and installation of application software (front end tool
- Responsible to monitor the entire MIS systems' development life cyscle in coordination with outside
assignment to programmers and monitoring the level of software development / coding.
- Responsible to testing and recommendation in developed software either by outside vendor or in - house.
- Responsible to control security aspect of MIS system.
