Creative Marketing Lead

You will primarily focus on leading brand storytelling and digital marketing strategy while overseeing campaign direction, team performance, and growth initiatives. In addition to managing seasonal launches,
you will collaborate with e-commerce, design, and influencer teams to ensure cohesive execution across all platforms.
You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s creative vision, driving audience engagement, and delivering measurable business results. This position will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen
the brand’s narrative and commercial positioning.
Key Responsibilities are following but not strictly limited to:
- Lead seasonal brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and digital growth initiatives.
- Manage creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee Shopify, digital channels, influencer collaborations, and paid media.
- Lead end-to-end campaign launches including storyboarding and talent management.
- Manage entire shoot process from pre-production to post-production.
- Own marketing budget, sales forecasts, and quarterly KPIs.
- Provide strategic direction and final approvals on social media content calendars, influencer partnerships, and paid media plans.
- Oversee influencer seeding, digital partnerships, and full-funnel performance marketing strategies.
- Guide the visual identity and brand aesthetic across all design and motion assets.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the creative marketing team to maintain luxury standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, supply chain, ecommerce, merchandising, customer care).
- Analyze cross-channel performance data, optimize strategies, and drive continuous growth.
- Leverage market intelligence, shopper insights, and competitive analysis to fine-tune creative direction and growth plans.
- Build external partnerships with influencers, media, creative collaborators, and industry experts.
- Stay ahead of Pakistan and global luxury fashion trends, digital innovation, and consumer behavior.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven 4–5 years experience in luxury fashion or premium brand marketing.
- Strong creative direction, digital marketing, and campaign leadership skills.
- Excellent budget management, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Deep knowledge of luxury customer behavior, digital-first storytelling, and brand-building.
- Fluent in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.
