Job Overview

If you're good at spotting opportunities, writing smart pitches, and getting people to reply — this role is your launchpad.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to run discovery, earn trust, and close fast — whether it’s a lead from Upwork, LinkedIn, or your own playbook.

You’ll be selling high-impact custom projects (AI, SaaS, DevOps) to funded startups and scaling businesses — mostly in the US, EU, and MENA.

This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore as a Business Development Manager – AI & SaaS Clients. The role involves engaging in Upwork and direct sales activities to expand our client base. Responsibilities include identifying AI and SaaS opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Business Development, AI, and SaaS
  • Experience in engaging with Upwork and direct sales platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into value propositions
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • Ability to collaborate with technical team and pitch value clearly
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Upwork


Your Mission

  • Own a pipeline across Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct channels
  • Write proposals that cut through noise.
  • Get responses. Book meetings. Bring in business.
  • Track every pitch, reply, and win — like a pro
  • Work with our solution team to estimate scope + delivery timelines
  • Work directly with our CEO & sales team. Get trained on how to close 5-figure deals.


Bonus if You Have

  • Experience selling GenAI, RAG, or cloud automation tools
  • Worked with startup clients or digital agencies
  • Understanding of data pipelines, LLMs, or DevOps offerings
