- Handle customer queries, appointments, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Support revenue generation by promoting clinic services.
- Bachelors degree
- 0-1 years of experience in customer service, sales,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry tasks.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
