Customer Sales Representative

Orbitor IT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, provided by the company, to either close deals or schedule Zoom meetings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, be familiar with basic digital services, and be adaptable to working in onsite, remote, or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact leads provided by the company via phone to discuss their business needs and introduce Orbitor's services.
• Effectively communicate and promote services such as website development, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Engage with potential clients, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
• Close sales deals or schedule Zoom meetings for further discussion with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with the company's service offerings and industry trends to improve conversations and outcomes.
• Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and deals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and closing strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build rapport with US-based clients.
• Basic understanding of digital services, including website development, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals or set up meetings.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, onsite, or hybrid setting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a call center or sales environment is  mandatory.
