Job Purpose

Are you passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer service? Emirates is looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us provide world-class service while selling Emirates airline tickets and services.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service by offering detailed information on Emirates fares, issuing tickets, and actively seeking out sales opportunities. By building rapport with customers, you'll identify their needs and promote additional services such as Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings, and upgraded fares, all aimed at enhancing Emirates' revenue. You’ll also guide customers on important travel requirements, including passport, visa, and health checks, while ensuring that airline regulations are strictly adhered to.
Additionally, you’ll maintain a thorough understanding of the latest Emirates Group news and updates, ensuring that you’re always providing customers with the most accurate and professional information. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining high service quality levels and meeting both individual and company sales targets.
Qualification
If you’re educated to at least GCSE or O Level standard (or equivalent) and have 2+ years of experience in a contact centre or reservations role within the airline or travel industry — or hold a Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism — we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll need strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email. Fluency in additional languages beyond English will be a great advantage, as we proudly serve a diverse, global customer base.
