Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time onsite Inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our client. Incumbent should handle incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. As the first point of contact, you will address customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
- Assist with inquiries about products, services, billing, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve complaints and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Qualifications:
No degree requirements
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
Prior experience in UK and Canada customer service is a plus.
Location: Township/Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 2 pm to 10 pm or 9 pm to 6 am (Mon - Fri)
Salary: Depends on experience and skillset
