Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers to resolve any inquiries or issues they may have, maintaining high levels of customer service, and contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in relevant industries such as auto insurance, health insurance, home insurance, and solar energy is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree would be beneficial
• Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus
