- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in relevant industries such as auto insurance, health insurance, home insurance, and solar energy is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree would be beneficial
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus
