Job Description: Customer Service and Chauffeur Dispatch

Location:   DHA Phase 8, Plot 45 - D Block, Opposite Bank Al Habib, Lahore  

Shift:       Night shifts, 8 PM onwards (Rotational, 5 days a week, 9-hour shifts)

Salary: [90k to 120k] + incentives and benefits

Position Overview:

Transpotech is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Chauffeur Dispatch professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring excellent service delivery and efficient dispatching of chauffeurs for our clients. You will be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and coordinating transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: 

•   Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
•   Provide information about services, rates, and availability.
•   Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

- Chauffeur Dispatch:

•   Coordinate and dispatch chauffeurs for scheduled rides.
•   Monitor and manage driver schedules to ensure timely service.
•   Maintain communication with chauffeurs and clients during rides for updates and changes.

Requirements:

• Graduation is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with a strong vocabulary and clear accents (US or British accents preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in using computers and dispatch software.
