Job Summary

Tetra Pak Pakistan is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will drive Order Management and design handling operational performance within the assigned portfolio of markets and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will also be required to manage the repository of customer documentation, and engage with relevant stakeholders to update the required documents.

This role will be based in Tetra Pak Converting Factory, Lahore.

What You Will Do

• Secure end to end supply chain integrity of packaging material including order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics and after-sales support
• Align company's value proposition to the customer's business strategy to drive continuous improvement on service level, enhance customer loyalty while securing enhanced supply chain integration and efficiency
• Interact with various internal and external stakeholders like Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Sales and Supply Chain Representatives sitting in different markets
• Understand the market's specific supply chain needs and continuously improve service levels
• Identify continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity in day to day operations and align with stakeholders to drive productivity
• Maintain the central repository of customer documentation, and interact with various stakeholders to timely update the documents
• Keep the markets and customers updated with the required documentation
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for enhancing and streamlining the repository database as per the organization's and markets' evolving needs.
  
  

We believe you have

• Up to 2-3 years operational experience in the area of expertise (Ability to develop inhouse digital tools would be a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration. (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Excellent stakeholder management & task prioritization skills
• Excellent English (verbal & written) & overall communication skills
• Ability to work across cultures and remotely
• Expertise in Analytical, Data Visualization tools such as Power BI / Power Apps (Automation experience through MS Flow / Power Automate would be a plus)
• Prior knowledge & understanding of shipping documents, supply chain and custom processes would be a plus.
