Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer position based in Lahore. You'll lead AI-enhanced design initiatives that drive conversion optimization across e-commerce stores, business websites, and mobile applications.

You'll leverage AI-powered design tools to create data-driven interfaces, conduct user research, optimize conversion funnels, and design experiences that convert visitors into customers. Using AI to analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize the customer journey—from landing page to checkout—you'll work on diverse projects including Shopify stores, WordPress sites, and mobile apps, ensuring every design decision is backed by data and maximizes conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with proven conversion optimization results
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Hands-on experience using AI design tools (Figma AI, Adobe Sensei, ChatGPT for UX, or similar)
• Expertise in mobile-first responsive design and e-commerce UI/UX
• Deep understanding of CRO principles, user psychology, and funnel optimization
• Experience with A/B testing, heatmap analysis (Hotjar, Crazy Egg), and user behavior analytics
• Strong skills in wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
• Experience designing for e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce), business websites, and mobile apps
• Ability to create brand guidelines and design systems
• Portfolio required – Must demonstrate conversion-focused designs with measurable results

Preferred Skills

• Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
• HTML/CSS knowledge for design implementation
• Motion design and micro-interactions
• User testing platforms experience
