Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Assist customers in onboarding, training, and troubleshooting product-related issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively address potential challenges to prevent churn.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain CRM updates.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer success, support, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
