Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch and Customer Support Specialist to join our operations team. This role involves coordinating dispatch schedules, communicating with field teams, and ensuring high-quality customer service support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask under pressure.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate dispatch operations by assigning and monitoring service schedules for field personnel.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Maintain real-time communication with technicians to ensure service efficiency and timely job completion.
  • Document service requests, issues, and resolutions in CRM and dispatch systems accurately.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and escalate them appropriately to management or technical teams.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in dispatch, customer service, or logistics support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high volumes of calls and scheduling tasks.
  • Proficiency with dispatching software, CRMs, and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, based on business needs.
