Customer Support Executive

Timings: 5PM to 2AM

Location: Onsite

About the Role

 We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can professionally handle customer queries via email and perform basic computer tasks such as creating accounts, managing simple dashboards, and creating posts using AI tools. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-friendly, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails in a polite, professional, and timely manner
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions
• Maintain and update customer records in our system
• Perform basic computer tasks such as:
• Creating user accounts or profiles
• Uploading content or updating simple dashboards
• Creating posts or basic content using AI tools (e.g., text/image generators)
• Prepare simple reports or documents using MS Excel and MS Word
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) as needed
• Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude at all times

Requirements

• Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong written English and good email etiquette
• Computer Skills Required:
• MS Word (typing, basic formatting)
• MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tables)
• Ability to perform basic online tasks (sign-ups, uploading files, managing simple tools)
• Basic familiarity with AI tools (training will be provided)
• Fast learner, organized, and able to follow instructions
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
