Cybersecurity Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant (OT Domain) with 3–5 years of experience in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Operational Technology (OT), and critical infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will support cybersecurity assessments, deployment of security solutions, risk mitigation initiatives, and compliance with global industrial cybersecurity standards.

This role requires hands-on experience with OT systems, cybersecurity tools, network analysis, and industrial protocols, as well as the ability to interact with clients and cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• OT Cybersecurity Assessments & Compliance
• Perform OT/ICS cybersecurity risk assessments, gap analyses, and maturity evaluations aligned with standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
• Conduct asset inventory, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling for industrial environments.
• Assist in the development of cybersecurity roadmaps, policies, and procedures for OT operations.
• Security Solution Deployment
• Implement and configure OT cybersecurity technologies, including but not limited to:
• Firewalls and segmentation architectures (e.g., DMZ, Purdue Model)
• Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS/IPS) for OT (e.g., Nozomi, Claroty, Tenable.ot)
• Secure remote access solutions and logging/monitoring tools
• OT Network Analysis & Incident Handling
• Perform OT network traffic analysis, baseline development, and anomaly detection.
• Support cybersecurity incident response activities in OT/ICS environments.
• Document incidents, recommend mitigation strategies, and support forensic investigations when necessary.
• Client Engagement & Project Delivery
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, deliver assessments, and present technical findings.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, solution designs, presentations, and documentation.
• Work closely with automation, networking, and digitalization teams during project execution.
• Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Development
• Stay updated on emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing, training, and capability development initiatives.
  
  

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

Experience

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial networks, and control systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of ICS/OT environments, including PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, DCS, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, Profibus, etc.).
• Practical experience with network security tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, and other industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
• Knowledge of segmentation architectures and OT network design best practices.
