Job Description

- Configure and manage vouchers, campaigns, and discount mechanics across BAU and mega campaigns. - Execute voucher setups in systems such as Vulcan / Workstation as per approved mechanics. - Manage budget allocations, fund pools, and voucher limits in coordination with Finance. - Monitor live campaigns to ensure visibility, correctness, and timely issue resolution. - Support Brand-funded, B2B, HR engagement, and Bank partner promotions. - Coordinate with Tech, Commercial, CRM, and Finance teams for execution alignment. - Handle urgent changes, reconfigurations, and midnight or off-hour launches during campaigns. - Maintain trackers, documentation, and post-campaign reports. - Identify execution risks and proactively flag issues

Position Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 0–1 years of experience in operations, promotions, or e-commerce (fresh graduates welcome). - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume configurations. - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. - Willingness to work off-hours during campaigns when required. - Good communication and coordination skills.
