Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and assist in the development of a robust Data Warehouse on the Azure platform, with a focus on PowerBI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PowerBI, including integrating data sources, transforming and manipulating data, creating dynamic reports, and managing security to ensure appropriate data access. You will work with a variety of data sources such as Connectwise PSA, CPQ, Hubspot, Netsuite, and more, while utilizing Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory for data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage PowerBI environments
• Manage and configure PowerBI security settings to ensure proper access control
• Integrate and manage various data sources in PowerBI
• Design, create, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with end users to gather reporting and data analysis requirements
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation
• Leverage DAX for data transformation and calculation within reports
• Utilize REST Web services (optional but beneficial)
• Focus on user experience (UX) in report design for optimal usability
• Work with Excel for supplementary data analysis and reporting
  
  
  

Required Experience:

• Strong experience in PowerBI environment setup and security management
• Proficiency in PowerBI data source integration and report development
• Hands-on experience with SQL and DAX
• Understanding of REST Web services (preferred)
• Expertise in report design with a focus on usability and UX
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
